Scripture Memorization Leah Style

I've been trying to memorize more scripture this year. Leah and I decided to memorize I Corinthians 16:13,14 together. We used the Holman Christian Standard Bible for Kids translation. I highly recommend this Bible for 7-12 year olds. It is colorfully illustrated and very kid friendly.

That was great, Joy!
So much easier to 'get it' especially if your a hands-on type of learner.

Great idea.....also loved singing the Scripture verses. I recall memorizing the names of the disciples that way! Cool! Thanks for sharing the video!

I am a really bad "memorizer" and would not want to show that "publicly"! But you did good!

That's awesome! When our AWANA girls are struggling, we often do that, too! That's how my kindergarteners memorized the 10 commandments and several definitions as well.
