The Sun is Snowing

9781449072131_cover.indd

Do you remember when you first started blogging?   I know I do and I certainly realize now I had no idea where in the world it would lead and to whom it would lead me to.   I’ve been touched by so many of you who share and write from your heart.

One beautiful favorite of mine is C. Joybell C.  I started reading her blog not too long after I  found out there was a world of blogs out there.  I really can’t recall how I came across her blog, but when I found it I knew she had a way with words and the ability to combine words on a page that does not come naturally to most… especially me.    As we communicated through our blogs we realized we  had some things in common so I felt a true connection with her even though we live on opposite sides of the globe.

God has opened the door for her to publish her first book of poetry and prose recently.  Her beautiful book arrived on my doorstep on Friday.   I’m so happy and excited to have it in my hands.   I’m thrilled for you Girl!

Isn't blogging just amazing, Joy??? I have met so many wonderful people also---YOU!!!!!

TN had alot of flooding over the weekend. Nashville has tons of flooding. Our area is okay--although we did get 4.5 inches of rain.

George and I are at the beach this week (NC). It's raining at the beach today--so this gives me an opportunity to catch up with some blogging, some reading and some SLEEPING.. ha ha (What a life!)

Hugs,
Betsy

Oh look! It's a post I missed. That sounds like a refreshing read--fun when someone you know is published!

And now you know that if you get this blogger is letting me comment.

Oh Joy! Thank you so much for this promotion of my book, you've done for me! ♥ I really really do appreciate it, so much! ♥

Karin, thank you so much for being happy for me! And Susan- you're right! People who don't have a blog don't know what they're missing! They think that the world of bloggers is small! But! The truth is, if you have a blog, your world has extensions!!! Which makes it BIGGER not smaller!!!

Thank you again, Joy! I know that my book will be a treasure that you can cherish for a lifetime. Treasure and share. :) And all my other books to come!!!! :)

Love,
C
