Dog vs. Cat

Cat is the assumed winner.

My poor little Libby came across a cat in our backyard landscaping. I heard the fight but did not witness it. I doctored her up and she's resting.
I'm back from my trip. I'll get caught up with you all soon and post about my trip after I go thru the colossal stack of stuff aka the mail and the laundry.

You poor dog. Cats usually do win out in a fight though.

Hi Joy, Glad you are home. I have missed you. Sorry about your baby. Looks like the cat won!!!!! Yipes!!!

Anxious to hear all about your trip. Everyone is fussing about the horrible heat in Texas now. Bet you are glad you were gone.

Hugs,
Betsy

Oh boy. Poor Libby! I hope she heals up nicely.

Sorry that you came back from your holiday to all my stress on my blog. I had a decision - bottle it or blog it. I blogged it. Still not sure if it was the right decision: if every single commenter was helpful (like you!) it would be okay but some of them - sheesh. Some people should just not open their mouths. One unwise comment had me in floods of tears until 11:00pm last night, and then again from 3:40am til dawn. And ona nd off all blessed day. Some words go deep into your soul and you just can't seem to get them out.

Keep us posted on how Libby is healing - I've got half a mind to come over there and make sure the cat doesn't do it again - but I'm sorta stuck pretty close to home and hospital these days.
